Nuctech Hosts HYROX Challenge Fitness Event

On October 22, the Nuctech HYROX Challenge kicked off with great energy at the gym in Tower A of the Nuctech building. To accommodate everyone's work schedules, the event offered two participation time slots—noon and evening—attracting nearly 200 employees in total. The Nuctech Labor Union planned and coordinated in advance, diligently implemented safety measures, and meticulously completed all preparations for the event. The event aimed to enrich employees' cultural and sporting life, promote a scientific and healthy lifestyle, and guide everyone to properly master the use of fitness equipment—exercising safely and working out happily.

The challenge featured eight stations: jogging, farmer's walk, and strength training for the back, shoulders, chest, legs, core, and arms—balancing aerobic endurance with full-body strength training. Adhering to the principle of "participation over competition," the event set no high-difficulty assessment standards and did not pit participants against each other to test their physical limits. Regardless of fitness level, everyone could find their own pace, immerse themselves in functional training, and experience the joy of exercise while completing the course.

During the midday break, the gym gradually came alive. Participants moved through the various stations: in the jogging area, footsteps were light and steady; in the farmer's walk area, participants focused their energy and gritted their teeth to maintain their rhythm; in the equipment training area, colleagues corrected each other's form and cheered one another on; at the core training station, cheers and applause rang out continuously. The evening session lost none of its momentum, with many colleagues teaming up to complete the challenge together. Everyone shook off stress, stretched their bodies, and closed the distance between one another amid the sweat. Staff were on duty throughout, carefully guiding proper equipment operation and promptly reminding participants of safety points. The entire event ran smoothly and in good order. Many colleagues said afterward that they had a blast—the challenge not only helped them unwind and build fitness but also taught them practical equipment-use techniques. They look forward to participating in more exciting cultural and sporting events.

Sweat refines vitality; sports unite strength. This HYROX Challenge, tailored exclusively for Nuctech employees, used an exhilarating physical obstacle course to awaken everyone's passion for exercise and paint a picture of a healthy, vibrant, and energetic corporate culture. A strong physique is the most solid foundation for making progress. On the road of striving and advancing, Nuctech employees will carry forward the vitality and resilience bestowed by this sport, maintain an enthusiastic and energetic state, and move forward firmly toward the sunshine.
