On September 24, the 9th Beijing Global Friend Airports CEO Forum, hosted by Capital Airports Holdings Co., Ltd. (CAH) and organized by Beijing Capital International Airport Co., Ltd., was celebrated with a grand opening ceremony under the theme of “Building an Airport Community with a Shared Future”. The Forum also set up a presentation session of intelligent equipment and technological achievements for airports. Zhao Shifeng, General Manager at Nuctech’s Security Inspection Industry Center of China, attended the opening ceremony at the invitation of CAH.

By way of physical display, model demonstration and promotional videos, Nuctech introduced products including integrated solution for civil aviation security inspection, the latest explosive/drug trace detector and liquid detector at the presentation session, showcasing Nuctech’s innovations and technological strengths in the field of civil aviation.    

The Forum was also attended by experts from Chinese and international airports and airlines, including CAH, Shandong Provincial Airport Management Group, Hunan Airport Management Group, Henan Province Airport Group, Macau International Airport Co., Ltd, as well as companies in Japan and Morocco. The experts had friendly exchanges with each other on programs and innovations of interest during the Forum. In the communication with Henan Province Airport Group, General Manager Zhao Shifeng highlighted the CT security inspection system for ULDs (unit load devices), which drew great interest from the other side. Both sides also discussed the application scenarios and economic returns of this product.

More than 300 representatives from local governments and relevant agencies, industrial authorities, international organizations, Chinese and regional airports, Chinese and international airlines, and Chinese industrial associations attended the Forum this year. The presentation session of the Forum furthered Nuctech’s communication and cooperation with relevant civil aviation organizations at home and abroad, and raised Nuctech’s visibility and influence in the civil aviation industry.
