On September 12, 2025, during the China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), the China International Center for Economic and Technical Exchanges and the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce jointly released the 2025 CIFTIS Demonstration Cases of Trade in Services. Among them, the international standard IEC 63391:2024 Active Millimeter-Wave Human Security Screening Systems – General Technical Requirements, led by Nuctech, was successfully selected.

As one of the flagship events of CIFTIS, the Demonstration Case Selection Activity was guided by this year’s theme, "Digital Intelligence Leads the Way, Services Trade Renews." It identified exemplary cases with global significance across six key areas of trade in services: standardization of trade in services, "AI+" trade in services, green innovation, service consumption, cutting-edge technology empowerment, and services enabling enterprises to "go global." The activity aims to promote innovative development in trade in services and deepen international exchanges and cooperation through these demonstration cases. Our company’s case has been included in the Collection of Standardization Demonstration Cases in Trade in Services and is featured in a dedicated section on the official CIFTIS website. Additionally, the China International Center for Economic and Technical Exchanges organized special exchange and exhibition sessions during CIFTIS for guests from key overseas regions, using demonstration cases to lead international cooperation and further enhance the industry visibility and global influence of the selected companies.

The IEC 63391:2024 international standard, led by Nuctech, demonstrates China’s leading position in the field of millimeter-wave human security screening and provides a Chinese solution for establishing unified international standards for human security screening systems. Nuctech is also the only security screening enterprise to receive the "Standardization Demonstration Case in Trade in Services" award at this year’s CIFTIS. This selection signifies broad industry recognition of our efforts in standard internationalization and "driving high-quality global expansion through standards."
