Nuctech delivered the Cargo/Vehicle CT Inspection System to China Customs
Recently, Nuctech Cargo/Vehicle CT Inspection System successfully passed the acceptance check by Shenzhen Liantang Customs. As a long-term cooperation partner of China Customs, Nuctech has provided clearance inspection solutions and services for hundreds of business sites in more than 42 customs areas of China Customs, and made positive contributions to improving supervision efficiency and inspection capability, speeding up customs clearance and cracking down on smuggling activities.
This Cargo/Vehicle CT Inspection System delivered to China Customs adopts a high energy electron linear accelerator as the radiation source and combines the CT technology. The system not only has the function of orthogonal dual-view DR inspection in one scan, but also performs CT tomography on suspect locations in the cargo/vehicle to generate tomographic images. It can help customs officials to recognize smuggled, prohibited and dangerous goods hidden in vehicles more quickly and effectively and reduce the manual unpacking rate.
