NUCTECH Customer Service covers all areas including electronics technology, computer technology, radiation imaging technology, signal processing technology, automatic control technology, precision machining technology, hydraulic transmission and software maintenance.
Service Platform
Domestically, NUCTECH Customer Service has established three service centers in north, south, and east China respectively, covering more than thirty provinces, cities and regions throughout the country. Internationally, we have established six Regional Teams in Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Southeast Europe, serving more than forty countries and regions spanning the five continents.

As the world's largest research and development manufacturer of professional X-ray container inspection systems, Nuctech holds all core technologies and intellectual properties in related key fields, and produces all its major components in-house. Therefore, Nuctech is capable of meeting all preventative maintenance demands occurring during the life cycle of its products.
In order to provide effective and efficient customer service, Nuctech Customer Service has established the following organization structure.
At the foundation level of the service platform, local service stations have been established worldwide, constituting the service network of Nuctech Customer Service, the basis of our outstanding after-sale service. These stations are available wherever large-scale Nuctech inspection systems are installed, providing quick-response 24-hour after-sale service and spare parts.
At the middle level, regional centers serve a certain number of local service stations, and provide site training, consultation, maintenance, spare parts and technical support.
At the summit of the service platform, the Customer Service Center at Nuctech headquarters in Beijing provides expert support, software update, spare parts and special tools, as well as advanced training.
Service Competence
NUCTECH Customer Service has already successfully provided installation, debugging and maintenance services for more than 300 systems, including 53 large-scale overseas inspection systems, 59 large-scale domestic inspection systems, and more than 200 small-scale inspection systems. All projects were completed on schedule according to high quality standards, and the systems being maintained met all operations ratio requirements. Our outstanding service has earned high customer satisfaction.
