Nuctech Shines at the 2023 Asia Pacific Region Innovation & Capacity Building Symposium
From December 14th to 15th, the 2023 Asia Pacific Region Innovation & Capacity Building Symposium (APICS 2023), co-organized by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the Civil Aviation Department of the government of the Hong Kong SAR, and the Hong Kong International Aviation Academy, was held at the AsiaWorld Expo in Hong Kong. Focused on innovations in civil aviation, the Symposium attracted more than 50 organizations from China and other countries, 7 civil aviation colleges, and over 1,500 industry experts as visitors.
Professor Chen Zhiqiang, Chairman of Nuctech, attended the Opening Ceremony. On the business engagement talk, Daisy Dai, Vice President of Nuctech’s Smart Inspection Division, delivered a keynote speech titled Innovative Technology: Bringing AVSEC the Future of Quality and Efficiency, highlighting the successful application of cutting-edge technologies such as static CT in civil aviation security.
During the Symposium, Nuctech displayed 6 devices, covering its CT, MW, TR, RT, iBonnie series products, and 5 models/workstations, presenting the technical highlights and application prospects of innovative security inspection systems to attendees. Cui Xiaofeng, Deputy Administrator of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, visited Nuctech’s booth and made valuable comments on Nuctech’s business development, encouraging Nuctech to continue to pursue innovation-driven development and provide innovative support to the civil aviation sector. In addition, Nuctech’s booth was also visited by leaders and experts from the Airport Authority Hong Kong, the Civil Aviation Department of Hong Kong, the ICAO Asia and Pacific (APAC) Office, Shenzhen Baoan International Airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Oman airports, Fiji Nadi Airport, the Civil Aviation Authority of Mongolia, etc. The Nuctech team had in-depth communication with these visitors.
During the event, by combining product display with cooperation-oriented communication, Nuctech demonstrated its strength in innovation and enhanced communication and interaction with customers, paving the way for future business development in the Asia-Pacific region.
