In response to the actual situation of the epidemic and the resumption of work in the park enterprises, Nuctech installed infrared temperature measurement on existing products to provide customers with Anti-epidemic Patrol Robots. At present, the robot has been officially working in the 200,000 square meter Jinyu manufacturing workshop. The temperature measurement is about 200 persons per day, which greatly shortens the time of epidemic prevention and inspection, and improves the efficiency of circulation. It also minimizes personnel contact and avoids cross-infection of personnel under close contact.
Inteligent Inspection Robot
During the critical period of the coronavirus epidemic prevention and control, Nuctech Intelligent Inspection Robot used the remote inspection function at Qingdao Customs to conduct on-site inspection of cargo inspections, and launched a new pilot of the robot's remote "no-touch" inspection mode. The custom officers conducted remote "no-touch"inspection on imported frozen aquatic products, and successfully completed the entire process cargo inspection without contacting external operators. This mode has realized that the personnel of the customs inspection process “do not meet and have less contact”, minimizes the gathering of personnel, improves the efficiency of customs inspection, and ensures the smooth customs clearance of various types of import and export goods.
Vehicle Inspection Robot
A small-body, high-powered Vehicle Inspection Robot assists customs officers in carrying out routine vehicle chassis inspections at Heilongjiang and Kunming border crossings. In the epidemic situation, Nuctech urgently developed a remote inspection tool kit and added a parking mode to enable the vehicle bottom robot to have a remote inspection mode to help customs officers reduce personnel contact and remotely check the contraband hidden in the vehicle chassis, and to combat wildlife smuggling and help prevent and control the epidemic.
